Job Summary

Controlling and maintaining all process Parameters as per Standard Operating procedure and Work Instruction.
To Reduce the off spec. production
To take the necessary action during emergency to safe the Equipment and Plant.
Maintaining good house keeping and reduction in wastages and carbon spillage
Meeting out the production targets and Quality of the Product
Reduction in off Spec Qty.
Improvement in CpK of Critical Parameters
Qualification :
Diploma / B.E. in Chemical Engineering / Science Graduate./ Post Graduate with 3-5 years experince with Carbon Black Industry.
