Job Summary


Responsible for electrical maintenance in the whole plant.Responsible for analysis of real time data for ITC Energy Analytic dashboard to achieve optimum efficiency of the processes.
Responsible for liasoning with UPPCL & maintaining documents for timely completion of work & billing.
Responsible for 5S, Kaizen and other internal innovative projects.
Reviewing & maintaining effectiveness of the work procedure on plant maintenance.
Documenting, evaluating & reviewing maintenance objectives, Analyze the down time, review schedules & checklist.
Planning & carrying predictive & preventive maintenance of the plant, equipment & utilities.
Carry out Break down analysis of the equipment at site / workshop.
Shut down Job planning & efficient execution & Effective utilization of manpower & resources
Responsible for timely completion of all MIS, MRM, ISO, CMS, UPPCL, SAP activities.
Spare part management, Reduce the store spares cost by possibility of reviving of replaced material.
Maintain the Integrated Quality Management system documents & all electrical records of the equipments.
Effective implementation of Projects, related with plant & process, prepare and study technical drawings & specifications of electrical systems to ensure installation and operations conform to IS standards.
Direct operations and coordinates installation, maintenance, and testing activities to ensure compliance all electrical requirements of WHRPP & CB Plant.
Conduct field surveys and studies graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct Plant problems.
Confer with Electrical Team, Customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
Evaluate and analyze data regarding electrical power systems, and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency.
Estimate labor, material, and construction costs, and prepares specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
Interpret data from the DCS for trouble shooting & improved electrical equipment performance.
The Individual is accountable to manage all the activities related to the Electrical Maintenance Department and it's smooth operation. Ensure all the electrical equipment & systems of the plant are working well, controlling the progress of work orders and analyses budget variations to provide corresponding explanations. Adhering to the departmental objectives as defined by the head of the department.
Qualification :
Diploma/B E in Electrical

Experience Required :

2 to 8 Years
