Technical Lead for Workflow, leading a team of 4-5developers on workflow projects.Prepare and Review technical artifacts generated during the Design, Development and Testing of workflow applications.Participate in developing architecture of new processes and changesto existing workflow processes.Ability to independently code, perform client and integrationtesting, debugging and participate in the entire software development life cycle of the project.Independently develop complete and accurate external system designspecifications. Design documentation deliverables including, but are not limited to Process Models, Process Decomposition Diagrams,Network Architecture Diagrams, Data Models, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams.Track Teams development work.Participate in Workflow production support, troubleshooting activtiesAct as a technical mentor for the team
Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience including 2 years in the capacity of a lead.The candidate should have very good programming skills in Visual Basic and SQL Server.
