Job Summary
Job Description Role: Voice Recording and Verint Verba Support Specialist Responsibilities: Provide technical support for NICE Voice Recording and Verint Verba products. Perform integration and migration tasks for the recording solutions. Collaborate closely with customers to deliver exceptional customer service. Adhere to all processes and procedures within specified timelines. Administer and support server-based recording technologies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of IP telephony, databases, and operating systems. Maintain flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in administering and supporting voice recording solutions, particularly NICE Voice Recording and Verint Verba. Strong knowledge of IP telephony, databases, and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Desired Skills: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) Knowledge of network protocols and security Experience with cloud-based solutions
