Job Summary
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the CEO and other functions to identify priority use cases, build out the product outline and manual for the end state solution identified.
  • Manage processes and timelines so that the development process takes place on schedule and with a minimum viable product philosophy using Agile, Scrum techniques etc.
  • Deep dive into specific challenges faced by the team and problem solve jointly with them on solutions.
  • Build out allied infrastructure and data sets to ensure the team is set up for success.
  • Own the technical support function for the tool once it goes into production and deployment.
  • Manage the performance of the tech. team, to ensure appropriate return on investment is being delivered by each member.
  • Develop and implement the short and long-term Technology roadmap for the Company Introduce innovative technologies and solutions to solve key customer and market problems based on deep understanding of the business and market context.
  • Is comfortable with working in a fast-growing company where roles and expectations can change rapidly.
  • Should understand the product life-cycle and how to build new products and maintain existing ones
  • Build technology, program and product management processes to make the development processes agile and responsive
  • Track product performance in terms of market share, delinquency, cost of acquisition, productivity, channel performance and overall economics and profitability
  • Deploy leading edge technology solutions for clients and organization.
  • Build a unified data pipeline and an actionable data strategy across the different technology products and services.
  • Take responsibility to mentor, train and develop the technology team across multiple locations
  • Work in a consultative fashion with other department heads, as an advisor of technologies to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company including the overall strategy, development and continuous evolution of our platform and applications in addition to working with the Senior Management Team.

Qualification :
Any IT Graduate
