Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (ahmedabad) Job in Einfochips

Role

eInfochips is looking for a Senior Manager Digital Marketing to drive the digital marketing and outreach practice for the company. The person will be responsible for increasing eInfochips mind share and recall in the USA, Europe, and APAC markets, among technology companies, for product engineering services. He/she will manage a team and is responsible for all digital assets, outreach and communication including SEO, content marketing, Social Media, email and drip campaigns, website and other digital assets and analysis and reporting on these

Responsibilities

• Over all responsibility for the digital marketing and inbound lead generation strategy.
• Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns
• Understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process.
• Oversee email marketing and lead nurturing efforts - generate leads as agreed with manger / function head
• Working with Product Marketing to create drip campaigns
• Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
• Own the use of our marketing technology platforms; Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments
• Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed
• Develop and execute an ongoing content promotion strategy
• Act as our community manager on our social media accounts
• Own the creation of landing pages and other conversion opportunities
• Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth
• Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities
• Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on
• Act as the owner of our website performance & uptime, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience
• Reporting on the overall SEO health of web properties and rolling up SEO reports for analysis. Troubleshoot SEO & propose resolutions
• Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
• Maintaining Blogs, Forums & other web properties

• Historical record of accomplishment of success in a digital marketing role at a professional services firm, preferably in engineering / IT services.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms.

• Has a finger on the pulse of what is happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning.
• Ability to excel under minimal supervision, while reporting results and conferring with superiors on unusual matters and seeking feedback as needed
• Ability to be very hands on and comfortable taking direct responsibility for deliverables
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing with strong understanding of B2B digital branding and marketing practices
