Job Summary
  • Shall develop and implement written procedures wherever required, and insure that an adequate number of qualified and trained pharmacists are employed at the facility
  • Shall establish written procedures for the safe and effective distribution of pharmaceuticals and many other responsibilities including the detection of discrepancies in stocks/ substances or records.
  • Ensure to develop an approved drug list for unit dose inventories, or in other name called Formulary which is dynamic by nature.
  • He/ she, in connection with appropriate committees, shall develop a list of drugs to be placed in non-Formulary of the Hospital.
  • Is responsible for medication records in in the Pharmacy.
  • He/ she has responsibility for developing and supervising a system of control and accountability including the formulary or non-formulary for drugs dispensed.

Qualification :
B. Pharm Degree or a B. Science (Pharmacy).8 + years of experience.
Experience Required :

Minimum 8 Years
