Job Summary

Manages and ensures a broad variety of administrative/semi-technical tasks for Network Services

CORE

  • Managing tracking of strategic actions, CSI and roadmap as per functional plans
  • Conducts regular talent reviews to identify high potential people works with high performance individuals to accelerate development and career progression, dealing with all performance issues, ensuring plans are in place to drive improvement to acceptable levels
  • Managing skill transformation and tracking trainings
  • Coordinate new joiners on-boarding and trainings etc.
  • Managing & maintaining employee engagement and internal forums
  • Awards Management and tracking
  • Managing audit and compliance
  • Quality Management
  • Financial Management (Budget , CAPEX & Overtime tracking, Purchase Order Creation, Receipting)
  • Composing and preparing key communications / correspondence / presentations / Business review preparation and insights / monthly newsletters / management cascades
  • Managing and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries / important meetings / visitors
  • Managing administration of Email distribution lists, ITSR, Leaves, and other system approvals
  • Managing SharePoint / MS Teams document repository & keeping up to date.
  • Maintains highest level of integrity (at times will be handling sensitive / confidential information) and build professional relationships with key stakeholders across India, Asia and Europe
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, organised and thorough approach to work
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Acts as a change driver encouraging creativity and innovation in the workplace

Role specific requirements

Skills & Experience

  • 4-10 years of experience in relevant sectors
  • Expert in Administration and admin tasks with considerable relevant experience, preferably in a large telecom/ IT organization.
  • Team management: Ensure end-to-end alignment within the team

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with the Director/SMTs and Inter functional management
  • Extensive experience working in a large enterprise environment in telecom & IT
  • A proven capacity for building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Graduate
