Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior RPA Lead with a proven track record in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) domain and tested leadership skills to spearhead our Power Automation Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to lead a young and vibrant team towards achieving ambitious automation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Power Automation Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.

- Design, develop, and implement RPA strategies and solutions to streamline operations and enhance business processes.

- Conduct in-depth analyses of processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their automation needs and deliver tailored RPA solutions.

- Manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, from conception through to deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions through rigorous testing and continuous improvement efforts.

- Stay abreast of the latest RPA technologies and industry trends to maintain our competitive edge and foster innovation within the team.

- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the RPA domain, with a strong background in leading RPA projects and teams.

- Proven expertise in RPA tools and technologies, with a preference for candidates who have experience with Power Automate.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex RPA solutions that drive significant business impact.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing young talent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in RPA are highly desirable.
