Job Summary
Make a difference by,
- Manage and resolve crypto related issues for all deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Track funds across platforms to enable a great user experience.
- Operate and monitor withdrawal and deposit transactions and resolve issues (if any).
- Understand the concept and functioning of blockchain and crypto wallets.
- Work with vendors or staff teams to create dashboards based on analysis to flag andaddress withdrawal related issues.
