Essential Qualifications:Graduate in any field / MBA in any specialization
Essential Skills/Traits:
1. Design training modules
2. Identifying and analyzing training needs
3. Ensuring attendance and successful graduation of training batches
4. Regular reporting of scores for batches released to floor and up-trainings conducted
5. Coordination with client for updates and various support
6. Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed
7. Exposure to training delivery and facilitation techniques
8. Knowledge of carrying out agent profiling, training need identification and analysis
9. Good written & spoken English
10. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
11. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, e-mail system
12. Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
13. Strong mentoring skills, presentation skills & Strong selling skills
Responsibilities:
1. Strengthen Training processes/framework to improve functional performance
2. Required to lead a team of trainers.
3. Plan, develop, and provide customized training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
4. Design of Assessment & Certification Framework (including Technology to be leveraged)
5. Completion of all L&D assessment & evaluation activities
6. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
7. Helping and mentoring Trainers in maintaining training effectiveness and ensuring organizational benefit
8. Coordinating with different stakeholders and ensuring effective training delivery
9. Manage transnational Quality domain
10. Review performance as per internal and client governance structure
11. Be an enabler Coordinate with other functions to deliver on Quality related metrics,
12. Provide feedback and inputs to the team for development as well as SLA delivery
13. Proactive approach when dealing with potential bottlenecks and issues impacting the Quality output
