Job Summary
Workday HCM Functional Consultant Total of 10 years of experience in HCM with minimum of 4 years in Workday HCM Suite as a functional or techno-functional consultant Expertise in various Workday HCM modules (HCM Core, MSS, ESS, Benefits, compensation, Recruiting, Talend & Performance, Learning, Payroll ) Provide functional support to technical team to carry out support and enhancement activities - understand client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems) Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status Functional human resource experience is big plus Workday HCM certification is a big plus Excellent communication skills and previous working with offshore clients is a big plus
