Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients within the education, NGO, Government and Corporate sectors. Recruit and work closely with partners across multiple geographies. Generate and manage a pipeline of B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other sales strategies. Reach out to decision-makers in schools, NGOs,Government and corporates to introduce Codingal's coding programs and highlight the benefits. Tailor solutions by presenting Codingal's coding courses as annual program, short term program, coding project, workshops, competition, olympiad, etc to meet the unique needs. Collaborate with clients to build customised pricing proposals based on their requirements while sticking to company s framework Negotiate and overcome objections successfully to close deals and achieve sales targets. To be successful in this role, you must have: Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of Codingal's coding programs to diverse stakeholders. Willingness to travel and represent Codingal in exhibitions, roadshows and offline programs Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client requirements. Willingness to share insights and best practices with colleagues.
