Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and goals. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Conduct research and analysis of the client's business processes and systems. Document requirements and ensure they are clearly understood by all stakeholders. Manage project tasks and activities, including risk management and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget and ensure that project goals are still met. Ensure that project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3 - 4 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development. Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.
