DESCRIPTION
- Should provide internal support: create/maintain users, fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, approval processes, Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards, etc., for Pipedrive portal
- Experience assisting in data clean-up and migration efforts
- Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them
- Enjoy working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities shift frequently
- Strong data analysis skills
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Compiling monthly sales reports
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- Provide training on usage of a configured Pipedrive portal
- Provide weekly management reports
- Advice executive and senior leadership teams on data insights gathered from the pipeline
