Job Summary
  • Experience in Production support- Incident management, Problem management, Root Cause analysis, Ticket analysis and reporting
  • 24X7 support experience
  • Working experience of L1 support (accepting ticket, resolving the same)
  • Connect and SAML 2.0 identity providers and service providers
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues using SCIM for provisioning user identities and attributes
  • Excellent communication skills - Both Oral and written
  • GW Admin, Gmail Configuration, POP, Knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Configuring of email services through (SMTP, IMAP, POP3, Exchange)
  • Gmail Migration
  • Configuring and troubleshooting in G-Suite (Google) DNS Panel. Add MX record, DMARC, DKIM and mail subscription.
  • working knowledge of Google Vault
  • working knowledge of G-Control App
  • Production support
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
