The role of Project Manager is planning, managing and executing Projects. This role involves delivery of projects within the defined scope, on time, and with quality. Needs to effectively manage risk, communication, and resources.

Principal Accountabilities/Activities
- Agreement and adherence to project objectives
- Represents the clients or organizations interest
- Advices on the project management
- Manages the project team
- Assess and mitigates risks
- Ensures that the scope of the project and quality standards are met
- Uses appropriate system or application to track resources and progress of the project
- Recruits specialists and sub-contractors
- Monitors sub-contractors to maintain guidelines
- Supervises the accounting, costing, and billing process
- Reports to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
- Evaluates the success of the project against its benchmark and shares lessons or best practice of other organizations to project managers
- Preparing and Maintaining the project documents as per CMMI standards
- Coordinating with PMO team on project health on process
- Coordinating with DM for SOW
Position Prerequisites
Education and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and experience:
Required:
- Bachelors degree with 12 - 14 years of relevant work experience
Technology Skills
Required:
- Good understanding of the platform
- Good understanding of the solution and domain
- Very good Project Management Skills
- Proven Technical record/experience in various domains
- Good understanding of the tools used in the project (internal and external)
- Good understanding on Project management tools
- Experience in managing a reasonably a large team is required
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred
- PMP or any equivalent Project management certification is preferred
- Healthcare experience is preferred
Professional Experience and Skills
- Good work ethics
- Good understanding of the platform
- Resource Management and Allocation
- Stakeholder Management
- Good understanding of Internal Tools
