JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• As a Credit Controller, you will be performing activities which includes:
  • Invoicing and submission of invoices through different portals
  • Timely converting Credit sales to Cash (Credit collections)
  • Managing disputes raised by clients in a professional manner and proactively resolving them
  • Receivables/Cash forecasting and projections
  • Reconciliation of tax invoices.
  • A/R reporting to the management on aged debt and collections.
• Monitor & analyze cash inflow and identify debt recovery issues at an early stage for resolution
• Ensuring statutory compliances are adhered at all times
• Completing pre-requisites and registration with new clients
• Basic understanding of Business contracts, PO, SOW and agreements
• Collaborating and working with different teams to ensure smooth functioning of process

Requirements:

• Should have 1.5 yrs to 4 yrs of relevant experience
• Should have pursued BBA/B.COM with MBA
• Should have good understanding of GST and TDS
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Intermediate/Advance use of MS office tools
