Job Summary
  • Lifecycle management of customer on boarding, monitoring, portfolio management and compliance
  • Comfortable with provisioning norms, loss models and regulatory environment
  • Balanced view focused on managing the risk reward equation. The incumbent must be willing to experiment and run test & learn programs to help expand the business
  • Hands on experience risk analytics and data backed decisioning
  • Be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art, data-driven exploratory analysis to build and evaluate predictive and decision models.
  • Provide thought-leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies, developing statistical credit models, and communicate analytical and credit ideas - internally, as well as to partner banks
  • Communicate key analytic findings to business teams and take responsibility for addressing businesses concerns
  • Build and evaluate predictive and decision models to be deployed in production systems, or for research. This includes the analysis of large amounts of historical data, determining suitability for modeling, data clean-up and filtering, pattern identification and variable creation, selection of sampling criteria and performance definition, and variable selection, and experiments with different types of algorithms and models, analyzing performance, to identify the best algorithms to employ.


  • Knowledge and experience of the Python Data Analysis stack (pandas, numpy, sklearn) (advanced); building ML pipelines and scorecards

    2. Understanding of Regular Expressions (advanced).

    3. 5-7 years coding experience in Python.

    4. Fluent in data analysis in MS Excel and Powerpoint

    Education

    1. Web Scraping experience (basic).

    2. SQL (intermediate).

    3. Familiarity with Linux
