Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads Meet and Pitch Rupeek s offerings to potential customers Build trust by handling customer objections Flawless execution of SOP while on the field Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions Share local insights from the field to the central team. Skills required: Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills. Hunger -Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings Presentation- Persona should invoke trust Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English Basic mathematics calculations. Candidate Qualification: Graduate with 2-5 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products. Preferably between 25-30 years of age. Excellent Presentation and Invokes Trust. Excellent Communication Skills in the local language (basic English).
