Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities Job Description: Minimum 8 years of Partner Business Management experience in IT sector, with understanding of IT products, platform, or services offeringsProven track record of managing and acquiring new partners Hyperscales, Large Advisory Firms, LargeSIs/GSIs, Independent Consultants and other Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners.Proven track record of Partner business revenue growthAbility to collaborate with various Partner Teams and Stakeholders for Revenue Opportunity Management efficiently and effectively,Solutioning, Trainings, Co/Marketing initiatives, Support, and other technical aspects.Successful in Upselling and Cross Selling within Partner Organization as well as End CustomersRevenue Growth oriented and motivated by Incentives/performance rewardsPassionate about building positive relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to handle C-level conversationsAbility to create engaging presentationsStrong listening and presentation skillsStrong negotiation skillsExperience of working on HubSpotAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to work independently with minimal directionsQuick learner
