Job Summary

To be successful in this role you need:

  • At least a bachelor s and a master s degree in HR.
  • 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication.
  • Duties you will be involved with include:

  • Assisting with implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Onboarding New joiners.
  • Managing important HR data and preparing reports.
  • Build credibility with employees to facilitate communication and respond to concerns.
  • Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other departments.
  • Facilitating time-bound HR processes and taking ownership of delivering on time.
  • You should have:

    • Willingness to develop expertise in all aspects of Human Resources.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Desire to grow professionally with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
    • The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner.
    • An interest in working with people.
    • Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations.
    • Team-oriented thinking and action.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
    • The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
    • Ability to interpret, understand and relate complex policies and procedures.
    • Basic PC skills.
