Maintains HR policies, programs and practices for the employees of the company
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Maintains the required staff strength by establishing, recruiting, testing and interviewing program, candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit
interviews and recommending changes
Maintains plans and executes companys policies on pay and perks
Ensures timely planning, monitoring and appraisal of the employees
Hearing and resolving employees grievances, counseling employees and helps maintain discipline
Answers all queries of employees on pay and employment, service conditions and terms, leaves and other benefits
Maintains dossiers of each employee with employees full details and record of promotion , increase in salary, professional performance and discipline
Prepare and issue various notices, guidelines, policies and procedures duly approved by the Head HR / Management
Maintains legal requirements of working conditions of employees
Maintains records of employees training/ conference/ seminars and workshops
Maintains daily attendance and leave records and informs CEO of daily manpower strengths status
Maintains various employees oriented policies such as medical insurance, etc. and executes the same
Maintains CVs of potential employees for future use
Ensure employees safety, welfare and health
Overall development of an employee oriented company culture, key employee retention and development
Any other duty as assigned by the CEO
Should have had atleast 2 years of experience in HR with any company of repute
Should be well versed with working on MS Excel
Should have done a diploma/degree in Management with specialization in HR
Good communication skills
Good temperament and decent disposition
