Title:CreativeProjectManager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamicCreativeProjectManagerto join our team. This role requires a unique blend ofprojectmanagement expertise and hands-on design skills. The ideal candidate will act as a player-coach, effectively managingprojects while also contributing to thecreativedesign process. TheCreativeProjectManagerwill play a crucial role in bridging communication and collaboration between our teams in the United States and India. This individual will be the go-to person for design requests, ensuring the seamless distribution of assets and maintaining a high level of efficiency within the team.

Key Duties:

  • Lead and manage designprojects from concept to completion.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for design requests. Prioritize and allocate design resources based onprojectrequirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gatherprojectrequirements.
  • Coordinate the daily workflow ofcreativejobs, enter schedules, monitor daily queues in online workflow software and communicate with appropriate teams.
  • Track jobs through the workflow to ensure deadlines are met andcreativeis successfully provided to client/vendor.
  • Communicate any issues related tocreativeand facilitate getting answers to ensure timelines are maintained.
  • Help craft, maintain, and ensure adherence to all policies, requirements, brand knowledge and style guides. Report on trends/common errors in effort to coach/train to ensure better practices.
  • Bridge communication between US and India design teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Assist with documenting, updating, and maintaining specs, trafficking, and workflow procedures for accounts.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve workflow. Implement process and system improvements as needed.
  • Maintain organized and accessible design repositories.
  • Actively contribute to thecreativedesign process, demonstrating strong graphic design skills.
  • Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Needs to be hands on contributing to the team productivity as and when required.
  • Flexible to work in US hours when required.

Essential Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience required as a Graphic Designer working in fast paced and volume-orientedprojects.
  • Minimum of 2 yearsprojectmanagement/lead experience required for the role.
  • Experience withMonday.comor similarprojectmanagement tool is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in graphic design andprojectmanagement.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AdobeCreativeSuite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience working with global teams, particularly US and India.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
