Good understanding in Accounts Receivable.
Calling Insurance Companies to follow up on Claims filed, to expedite payment.
Indepth knowledge in Eligibility verification
Experience in Handling both patient and Insurance calling
Checking the status of the claim with the insurance companies on be-half of the doctors.
Handing of insurance claims Denials and Checking on claims status.
Any Graduates with Minimum 6 months in the health care BPO Voice Support
Flexible to work in Night Shifts
Should have excellent communication skill
