Senior Trainer - Communication Job in Food Hub Software Solutions

We are seeking an experienced English Communication Trainer with expertise in British Council certifications, TOEFL, or IELTS training. Candidates with DELTA certification are highly preferred.

The primary focus of this role is to enhance our employees' English communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within teams and seamless interactions across departments. A multilingual trainer familiar with Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred to cater to our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment & Continuous Improvement:
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify language skill gaps.
  • Continuously refine training programs based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.
• Language Proficiency & Cultural Sensitivity:
  • Evaluate employees' English proficiency and tailor course materials accordingly.
  • Create an inclusive environment that respects cultural and linguistic diversity.
• Training Development & Delivery:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on English phonetics, grammar, sentence construction, and communication clarity.
  • Facilitate training through in-person classroom sessions, and when required, virtual platforms.
• Collaboration & Professional Development:
  • Partner with department heads to identify and prioritize training needs.
  • Stay updated on trends in English language teaching and soft skills training.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participants progress.
  • Prepare reports showcasing training outcomes and improvement areas.

Requirements

• Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • TESOL, TOEFL, IELTS certification preferred.
  • British Council-certified trainers (DELTA certification highly desirable).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Soft Skills/Communication Trainer, with expertise in phonetics, grammar, and sentence construction.
• Skills:
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in TNA and training effectiveness evaluation.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced with multimedia resources and online learning platforms.
• Proficiency:
  • British Council C1/C2 level in Core, Speaking, and Writing.
  • Multilingual ability in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi is a plus.
