Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling Corporate Customers - Quotations, Booking, Shipment Planning & Liaising / update of shipments to Customers Air & Sea Imports/Exports Sending Pre alerts to customers Co-ordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors - CFS/CHA & Shipping Line Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors. Timely DO & BL release Monitoring Import Manifestation & Export BL release process Updating Import / Export Job Data in our inhouse software & maintaining Daily Status Report for customers, CFS & Third-Party Movement follow-up Job Closing & Handover to Accounts


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Knowledge of Customer Service Imports & Exports Candidates from a Logistic Background will be preferred Work Experience: Min 3-4 years Minimum Graduate /IATA course
