Roles and Responsibilities
Handling export documentation for all export shipment for HO & branches. Source and collate data and prepare BL draft against invoice packing list. Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of B/L & Invoice. Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details. Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L in studio. Payment request in studio & arrange payment from account dept. Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Exports consignments handled by Key Account Managers.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Work Experience: Min 2-3 years in export documentation Minimum Graduate Candidates with experience working in Logistics and forwarding industry ONLY will be preferred
