This is a GA (General Accounting) Analyst role, reporting to the Finance Team Lead - GA in Global Business Services (GBS) located in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing defined services to the internal customers with best quality in most efficient way.

Your responsibilities

• Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions. Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies.
• Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders. Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, statements of sourcing.
• Month end book closing activities. Ensure all monthly closing tasks are completed and FA module are closed on time as per schedule.
• Processing entire Fixed asset related transaction.
• Overseeing the closing of monthly accounts of CAPEX, manage the CAPEX control and approval process.
• Ensure proper accounting procedure over fixed asset acquisition, transfer, impairment, write-off and disposal.
• Review and reconcile monthly fixed asset movement report on regular intervals. Handling the entire fixed Asset reporting activities.
• Co-ordinating and Handling the Audit queries.

Your background

• Bachelor€™s/Master€™s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• For experienced Analysts; we are looking forward to 2 to 3 years€™ experience on SAP (also on Oracle if possible).
• Strong experience in General Accounting and Fixed Asset.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
