You will be working as End User Sales Representative and will be part of Process Automation Business Area based in Faridabad. In this role you will be reporting to Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible to drive sales and service products in Northern India territory for Turbocharging division.You will always have an Integrity and safety-first mind set and smoothly communicate with the customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities in assigned territory / segment / customer group. Deliver sales targets, margin and incentive targets, customer visit plan, customer communication and events.
- Deliver appropriate market coverage for new business end user influencing and service sales in his assigned territory.
- Provide alignment with existing OEM and End User Agreements.Build professional long-term relationships with assigned customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities & generate new installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes.
- Ensure adherence to Business Division rules and guidelines such as circular letters and compliance.
- Support market intelligence and business development projects as required to drive the growth of the business.
- Review, monitor & evaluate performance of assigned customer accounts
Your background
- BE Mechanical Engineering preferably from reputed institute.
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales & Service products for Power Plant , Marine, Mechanical machinery and Turbo machinery.
- Sound Knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Required to travel up to 70%.
- Good communication skill with fluency in English and Hindi Language.
