This is a Cloud Operations Engineer role, reporting to the Technical Lead in Business area Industrial Automation (IA) located in Bangalore. You will be working at Ability Innovation Center (AIC), home to the largest technology and engineering pool in ABB globally and is a part of ABB Global Industries and Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of ABB. It is based in Bangalore, the silicon-valley of India. Your responsibilities

• Maintain the existing cloud platform via various monitoring solutions available e.g., App Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Network Performance Monitor etc.
• Develop and enhance dash-boarding solutions built on Microsoft Azure hosted Web Server, to further help in monitoring of the existing deployments.
• Support in security adherence of the deployments by following security guidelines and best practices.
• Support for the issues faced on the existing deployments as reported by end-user.
• Provide inputs to development team for the necessary automation required.

Your background

• Bachelor€™s Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3-8 Years of experience in Windows Azure and its development toolkit.
• Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform and key components such as IoTHub, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure TimerSeries Insights, Storages, Redis Cache etc.
• Experience in DevOps Operational Processes.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Good to have experience in Microsoft Azure platform development.
• Good to have Microsoft Azure Certifications.
