Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives from assigned named customer accounts (new and existing).
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer profile, needs and requirements.
Ensure customer engagement and technology adoption to achieve customer objectives.
Long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Represents the entire range of Company products, Solutions, and services to assigned customers.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain record of all customer communication and update CRM.
Prepare and execute marketing activities in these customers accounts.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
