Role Overview: The India Client Lead will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering value to our partners. Based in Mumbai or Bangalore, this role will focus on strengthening Capgemini's presence in the region by ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in India, fostering strong and trusted partnerships. Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions leveraging Capgemini s expertise. 2. Business Growth: Drive client account growth through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand Capgemini s footprint. 3. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute client engagement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Maintain awareness of market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics. 4. Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and address client needs effectively. 5. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in client management, business development, or strategic account leadership. Strong knowledge of the Indian market and industry dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms.
