Job Summary
Roles & responsibilities
- Gathering Client requirements over calls & in-person meetings
- Documenting the requirements in a structured format.
- Prepare visual diagrams & wire-frames for ease of understanding.
- Offer advice / suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects.
- Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology (Added Advantage)
- Experience of Ecommerce Industry.
- Familiar with Magento, ERP System (Added Advantage)
- Prepare standard collateral for case studies, application manuals, demonstration scripts.
- Results oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
- Need to be from an IT background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Helping Sales team for Pre-sales Call
- Good expertise over UML, Flow Charts, Process flow diagrams, wire-framing tools, office tools (Word / Excel / Power-point)
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering.
