Job Summary Job Description :Responsible for the P&L ownership of the assigned region, complete branch operations, channel creation, development and management.In-house team management and development, responsible for overall development and task related efficiency of each member of the team.Account Management of Partners which means responsible for the growth of partners from entry to exit.Ensure timely communication of all changes in the policies and processes are communicated to the partners.Responsible for planning and effectively executing the regional marketing activities for partners. Desired Profiles :RequiredMust have experience between 7 to 12 years, (Min 2 years in branch operations, team leading)Must have complete understanding of the market, strong knowledge on partner development strategiesDesiredExcellent verbal & written communication skillsShould have knowledge to create business plansShould have good people and process management capabilitiesGood knowledge of SME business

Qualification :
MBA / PG or Equivalent
