Salesforce Analyst Project Manager Job in Bugendaitech Pvt Ltd

This is a remote position.

• Provide Technical and Architectural leadership for Salesforce applications, leading projects involving Wave analytics and lightning.
  
• Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed functional requirements.
  
• Work closely with the technical lead and provide direction to the developers on salesforce.
  
• Responsible for conducting technical code reviews and unit testing.
  
• Closely get involved in the day-to-day development activities.
  
• Defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design
  
• Participates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status.
  
• Creates and manages technical documentation as required
  
• Works with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations
  
• Responsible for code release and deployment activities
  
• Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.
  
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce
  
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge with brilliant coding skills
  
• Must have team-leading experience for minimum of 2-3 projects
  
• Strong experience/understanding of client-facing Business Analyst in Salesforce implementation.
  
• Strong experience/understanding of client-facing Project Manager.
  
• Experience as Functional Solutions Architect working closely with clients.
  
• Ownership of Technical Design documentation and Estimation
  
• Planning and monitoring the tasks with subordinates
  
• Must be able to drive requirements discussions with business stakeholders independently
  
• Must be able to understand business problems and propose high-level Salesforce solutions
  
• Requirement understanding, analysis, designing, configuration, code review, and support activities
