Description

8 years of testing automation experience, MUST have Lead experience in handling Functional Automation and performance testing. Experience in analysis, design, development, and testing phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile. Experience with JIRA, Confluence and SVN. MUST have experience in Web testing with SeleniumProtractor, WebDriver using Java, Maven and Testng along with awareness of mandatory 3rd party plugins. MUST be good at incorporating OOPS paradigm or its equivalent programming language.(preferably Java) Experience in framework design using BDD approach (CucumberJBehave) Strong experience in testing REST API and familiarity with other similar technologies like SOAP etc. Good understanding of test scripts design using Rest Assured or an equivalent one. Good understanding of implementation of test automation reports and integration with GIT, CICD tools. MUST have experience in deducing testing metrics such as Defects density, Test Coverage, Defect Triage reports. Play a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of automation components. Establishes automation tools, frameworks, and methodology. Establishes current automation architectures as business and technical conditions change. Supervises the use of appropriate automation methods to employ in assuring developed product conforms to requirements and design. Facilitates review of applications for automation needs and requirementsdesign quality. Provides consultation to projects and application support groups regarding automation design, development, and execution. Understands organizational impacts and tradeoffs of automation processes. MUST be a Detail and results oriented Work well under pressure, handling projects that have realtime high dependency and challenging business deadlines. Have excellent written and oral communications skills required to determine, document and present research findings, technical papers, and training material (including design documents, specifications, architectural artifacts and diagrams, presentations). Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and nontechnical staff Drive the mentality of quality being owned by the entire team. MUST have experience in Agile SCRUM SAFe Agile mode of project execution Safe Agile Scrum Certifications are a HUGE plus
