Job Summary
Hiring For Test Lead (Client Company) Job Description Test Lead Desired Profile Role Define and execute the road map for quality control initiatives for the enterprise softwares.
Coordinating effectively and efficiently with the Team as regards to the Testing activities.
Guiding the team to prepare Test Plan and Test Metrics
Managing the Testing Team by delegating tasks to the Team and tracking the same. Preparing status report and reporting.
Capable of discovering software bugs, reporting bugs, and verifying bug fixes
Preparing System Test Readiness Report
Drive test automation initiatives
Good oral and written communications skills
Skills Proven experience in Selenium.
Proven track record of value addition done to the Product / Solutions through strong QA processes.
Someone who can be a path setting leader through individual contribution as well as driving team
Knowledge on Performance testing, security testing
