Description

Industry Experience 1215 years Relevant Experience (Automation) 8 years Primary Skills (Mix and Match) Knowledge of Java andor C andor .NET or other programming languages. Experience of working "AGILE DevOps" process management methodology. SDET should have knowledge about various test method & corresponding tools like MS Test, NUnit, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, SoapUI, RESTassured etc. SDET should have knowledge of automation of nonfunctional testing tool such as Jmeter, Gatling, Burp suite, Zed attack proxy, Pa11y etc. SDET should have exposure to Behaviour Driven Development. Able to find bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools. Understanding of ObjectOriented Design Position Description As an SDET at Brillio, you will be a part of hyper growth organization working with top fortune 50 companies customers ensuring quality of customized, modern and scalable solution and applications. Responsibilities You will work directly with the customer, vertical & sub practice heads and multiple engineering teams to build robust and unified technical vision and toolset. You will also work with Brillios sales and customer success team to help and support the initial phase of project pitch. You will build engineering research groups and facilitate work in them to collaboratively design solutions to those challenges. Practical Responsibilities Build and lead development teams of Test Engineers and Senior Test Engineer to define and decide testing technology platforms and tools, defining development standards & processes Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components. Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases. Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, API and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests. Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports. Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems. Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs. Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports. Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design. Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes. Managing the final quality on production release. Requirements Previous experience working with multiple engineering teams. Experience in facilitating even the most heated discussions, ability to resolve them and take responsibility for the decisions. Track record of delivering successful solutions as a leader. Be a worldclass individual contributor. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do. You will lead them by example. 5 years of automation testing experience preference is given to candidates who have tested large scale applications. Clear understanding of software design patterns and principles. Experience guiding the continuous improvement of process and technology. Strong sense of ownership.
