Job Summary Key Responsibilities Financial: Budget management and reporting. Revenue and expense forecasting. Cost control and profit margin management. Inventory management and loss prevention. Operational (Restaurants): Overseeing food service operations. Ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. Supplier management and inventory control. Complaint resolution and sanitation maintenance. Record keeping. Guest Service: Providing high-quality guest service. Ensuring staff professionalism and courtesy. Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing plans. General: Compliance with rules and regulations. Understanding of audit standards and processes. Manpower Management: Staff meetings and training. Recruitment and performance appraisals. Motivation, discipline, and policy adherence. Fire and safety training. Operational (Banqueting): Event coordination and management. Room layout planning and entertainment. Facilities and logistics management. Speaker and guest coordination. Staffing and briefing. Client query handling and troubleshooting. Banquet business solicitation and customer satisfaction. Event execution supervision. Food production and service knowledge. Banquet personnel supervision and training. Event dismantling and removal. Post-event evaluation and reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Qualification: Essential: BHM from an accredited institution Desired: Knowledge of culinary trends, presentation, and food quality Skills and Abilities: Professional communication skills (verbal and written) Leadership skills Organizational skills Analytical skills Delegation skills Resource allocation and reallocation Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
