Job Description
Key user function WSMS in RO user department. Understand intricacies of the system logic and configuration in terms of blue-print
Define and manage the country blue-print including configuration of processes for workshops, manage promotions and conditions in the system, version updates in blue-print etc.
Analyses change requests from roll-out manager to be proposed for local vs. international review boards for improvements
Prepares detailed documentation and supports roll-out manager in implementation of roll-out plan
Evaluates & Implements various integration of digital eco-system elements to WSMS like catalogues, Order Screen and shopping carts
Works closely with other key-user groups to constantly collect feedback and implement best practices
Acts as a data analyst in extracting key-information for achieving strategic control objectives
Qualifications
- Group 5 / Assistant Manager
- B.E/B.Tech (Mandatory)+ MBA is preferred but not a must (Female Candidate Preferable)
- Min 2 years working experience in a product management or similar position
- Vehicle repair Workshop experience is of use but not a must
- Customer and market orientation
- Basic technical interest and knowledge
- Strategic thinking, clear target orientation, good cooperation skills, high sense of responsible and can work independently
- High team orientation
- Willingness to travel
- Very good communication and presentation skills
Key competencies
Good understanding of workshop processes to closely create a link between physical processes and digital tools.
Ability to analyze user business requests and translate to technical requirements
Ability to manage short & large projects towards product management of the local blue-print of the WSMS solution
Ability to work in close coordination with different stake-holders like concept manager, roll-out manager, local Incadea team.
Experience in creating & implementing software solutions to digitize processes
