Social Media Community Manager Job in Boomlet Media

Boomlet is looking for a social media community manager who can manage and grow our client s online presence. Community manager will act as the brand s social media spokesperson, regularly communicating with the digital audience. Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for brand(s) and it s community across social media platforms
• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies with other team members
• Create and manage social media calendar and ensure content dissemination on time
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
• Deploy and monitor listening tools to monitor current brand sentiments, comments, and trending topics, to boost engagement and resolve potential conflict that may affect brand reputation
• Align thoughts with client expectations and make a pitches
• Suggest and implement over the top ideas to our social media clients
• Generate and present weekly, monthly, and campaign reports and suggestions.
• Stay updated with digital technology trends
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like design, marketing, and other departments.

Requirements-

• Bachelor s degree or above (Preferred Mass Media and Marketing)
• 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven work experience as a community manager or a similar role
• Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI s
• Knowledge of social media i.e. facebook, Instagram, twitter, YouTube, Snapchat (additional platforms will be a bonus)
• Use of keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase traffic
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Time management & project management
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building
• Knowledge of blog writing and other long formats
• Use of Ms office (excel, word & Powerpoint
• Ability to interpret website traffic.
