CA (ICAI - 2006), Bcom (2003)

Responsibility :

Responsible for daily cash and cashflow management activities;

Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment;

Prepare and reconcile cash/cash equivalents and debt schedules to financial statements;

Maintain bank relationships including liaising with banks on vessel financings and borrowings

(documentation, etc), analyzing bank balances and service fees, etc;

Render support in the Groups equity & debt financing programmes;

Assist in assessing projects viability;

Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
