Job Summary
The role:
The position will act as a key interface between IT/Technical teams and Analysts/Business.Requirements Gathering able to speak the languages of both business users and IT, and act as a translator or go-between to ensure that requirements are clearly understood by both groups. Gathers facts, data and feedback from business users, and creates analysis to make a best recommendation for business solutionsProject Management Skills able to serve as a project leader on major projects, evaluate requirements and timelines, provide guidance and direction to project team and coordinate the project phases. Communication to key stakeholders through the projectProblem Solver able to identify problems, assess impacts, have a grasp on company goals and objectives, and show sensitivity to the impacts that change can have on people and organizations.Investigator and Monitor -- able to collect and analyze requirements for a new technology or solution, recommend strategies for improvement and best practicesChange Agent and Motivator able to sell ideas and promote innovation in communicating with business usersEducator able to enable and teach, selling the idea of innovation and best practices, and support users on systems when neededCross functional requires functional understanding of all company data, the business organizations that use it, and the BI technologies that are used for reporting and insightsOversight: ensure adequate Governance in place for System/data/content security control/administration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or related disciplineProfessional knowledge (3+ years, experience) in software, or high tech industry.5+ Business Ana and Project Management work experience.Excellent BI reporting & data warehousing design skills Snowflake, Netezza, ETL, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Microstrategy, Einstein AnalyticsStrong knowledge of SFDC CRM platform, other Sales and Marketing tool experience beneficial, e.g. Eloqua, Lean Data, Lattice EnginesExperience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence desirableAbility to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust very quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently, scope projects and drive them to conclusionMust exhibit a high degree of motivation, creativity, and initiativeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong desire to drive continuous improvementSuccessfully supported global teams as their primary stakeholder, with flexible working hours to support critical projectsTeam player and good communicatorFluency in both spoken and written English.
