Job Summary

What you will do :


Opportunity to lead team


  • Manage the Day to day operations of the customer / hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles
  • Motivate drivers to use the latest technology and earn more.
  • Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all drivers
  • Take ownership to implement strategic initiatives of the company.


Be accountable for business growth


  • Identifying the risks and challenges in the project at early stages; issues if any to be handled effectively to negate repetition.
  • Build a good supply base to cater to Contingencies and Spot requirements
  • Ensure a minimum of 10% Gross Margin
  • Ensure the highest standard of record management of all vehicles/drivers.


Exposure to wide range of business formats


  • Individual would work with various customers with distinct ways of working.
  • Individual is expected to understand the requirements of the customer and plan his activities accordingly.


Time management


  • Ensure Vehicles Attendance and reporting times as per the Roster set by the customer.
  • Adherence to daily activities, weekly and monthly activities - trip sheet certifications, submission of invoices, etc.
  • Plan all activities of the day and execute it.
  • Ensure proactive communication to customers.


Multi-tasking


  • Bring efficiency and optimization in operations through effective use of Technology like station or driver app
  • Adhering to specific requirements from Customer like trip sheets of particular type, invoice submission dates, vehicles of certain type/quality
  • Management of Trip sheets, On-demand sheets, Vehicle spread and Driver documents required for smooth management of the vehicles.
  • Utilize flexible work timings to enhance productivity.


What we are looking for :


  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Experience ideally gained in high-pressure office environment including specific experience in operations management, development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Sound judgment, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and solution-orientated, able to use initiative and work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
