Job Summary Responsibilities :
    • Interact with customers over various communication channels (email, phone, chat, social media)
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Generate Sales Leads
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
    • Follow up to ensure resolution
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Interacting with bloggers and influencers for various collaborations
Requirements :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers
  • Soft spoken and active listening skills
  • Decent typing speed
  • Positive attitude, team player, multitasking ability, patience
  • Willingness to take stretch on assignments and go an extra mile
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience will be preferred
  • Location: Powai, Mumbai
