Job Summary
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers over various communication channels (email, phone, chat, social media)
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Generate Sales Leads
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Interacting with bloggers and influencers for various collaborations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers
- Soft spoken and active listening skills
- Decent typing speed
- Positive attitude, team player, multitasking ability, patience
- Willingness to take stretch on assignments and go an extra mile
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience will be preferred Location: Powai, Mumbai
