Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him.
2. Use field data for assigned market to identify brand/pack gaps in territory
3. Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
4. Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his team.
5. Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.
6. Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.
7. Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
8. Handling Primary & Secondary sales. Distribution management.
