Responsibilities: Contribute towards software engineering activities including Requirements gathering, Design, Development, Testing, & Deployment Mentor and guide fellow team members through technical challenges. Responsible to run sprint ceremonies including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Product Demonstration & Grooming. Collaborate with Technical Leads & Product Managers in planning & executing Product enhancements. Assign user stories to fellow team members and track the progress of user story till completion. Collaborate with other teams and conduct new technology research for product development and recommend product enhancements. Actively participate in code reviews, come up with multiple approaches to solve a problem, analyse and choose the best suitable solution. Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks Continuously focus on improving the software quality and performance Participate in Information Security analysis and remediation. Troubleshoot customer issues and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Able to work independently yet thrives in a team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of hands on professional experience with Object-Oriented and Functional programming using Java and Spring Framework 2+ years of experience with Agile framework Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Amazon Web Services 6+ years of hands on professional experience with Java, Spring, Maven, MongoDB, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Expert knowledge of AWS (S3, ECS, Cloud Formation, IAM etc). Expert knowledge of DevOps technologies such Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, ECS, Splunk. Experience designing and building REST services and familiarity with Microservice architectures. Comfortable with Data Modelling in MongoDB, SQL Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms Strong verbal and written communication skills
