1. Seven or more years of related software experience.
2. Advanced degree in Computer Science.
3. Familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle. Comprehensive and current knowledge of OO/SOA software development methodologies.
4. Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry or Regulated Industry.
5. Comprehensive and current knowledge of software development methodologies.
6. Knowledge of technical architecture as necessary for development of software.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
8. Proven expClarioise and experience with architecture and programming.
9. Knowledge of Single Sign-On technologies and the ability to deploy this technology across the enterprise.
10. ExpClario knowledge of development methodologies.
11. ExpClario knowledge of development environments, application servers, and deployments.
12. Experience with databases.
13. Experience with HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
14. Good user interface design (thin client or thick client) using latest technology is a plus.
15. Experience with front-end design and development.
16. Knowledge of UNIX / Linux, and Windows operating systems, application server and portal technologies.
17. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
18. Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
19. Ability to mentor and lead others in development and administrative tasks.
20. Ability to deliver high quality and high productivity.
