Business Analyst Job in Bizzappdev

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions based on customers requirement.

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline

Develop extensive project plans that combine customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

Responsibilities

Keep track of project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Review proposed modifications on project plans including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

Managing expectations for the delivery of the project and escalating issues on deadlines as early as possible to senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken.

Supervise the technical aspects of initiatives by interacting closely with highly skilled IT team members including Business Analyst, developers, consultants etc..

Extra Responsibilities

Manage high priority tasks, enhancements and/or bugs related to assigned projects.

Keeping abreast of new and emerging technologies and other developments in the current area of work.

Interacting with the clients and building trusted relationship.

Implementation and testing, Post implementation ,application maintenance and enhancement support to client

Must Have

Developing and designing ERP applications.

Good knowledge of BA and QA domains and working with these teams.

Have grown into a technical project manager role with a strong background in web and mobile application development.

Serves as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of ERP Project.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 Years of experience relevant to this position.

Masters Degree.

Experience in delivering multiple ERP Projects.

Sound business and technical acumen.

Be passionately customer-focused; relentlessly pursue providing and excellent customer experience every time.

A strong background in BA / project management, including project plans , most notably in ERP project.
